When you work with other members of your team, you may get files for designs that contain content elements you don’t own. Character Creator will still let you view them, but you won’t be able to export them into other apps or create renders with them without a watermark. Your viewport will look something like this:
What Character Creator is saying here is that some items in this scene (probably the hair or beard) are not licensed on your account. To find out which exact items I need to buy if I were to use this exact figure, we can head over to Help – View Unpurchased Items.
Note that the character needs to be selected for the following window to pop up.
Click on View Store Items and see if it’s an expense you’d like to make, or remove the offending items until the watermark disappears.
